Returned Checks section:

When payment of any bill or deposit is made by check, and the check is returned unpaid for any reason, a charge of $20 will apply for each returned check, as authorized by PUC Rule No. 9, effective December 1, 1983.

Bills for Service section:

Bills for the previous month’s services are generated on the first of each month and are due and payable upon receipt. To streamline payments and minimize errors, we suggest bringing your bill when making in-person payments at the Business Office. When paying by mail, kindly enclose the payment stub. For any inquiries concerning bills, payments, or other account-related matters, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Business Office at 209-785-2211.
