Checking Your Mail Via Webmail

After logging in you will see all of the folders and messages available to you.

Click on a message to view it. You can use the buttons at the top of webmail to Reply, Forward, Delete or Block Sender.
At the top of the message list you will notice a message count. Click on the < and > arrows to switch between pages.

Each page can display up to 50 messages. At the bottom of the message list, you will see selection options.
- All selects ALL messages.
- Current page selects only the message on the current page.
- Unread selects only the messages you have not yet read.
- Invert changes the selected messages to unselected and the unselected messages to selected. For example, if you want to delete the unread messages, first choose ‘Unread,’ then go and choose ‘Invert.’ This will select all of the read messages. Then click ‘Delete’ at the top.

Checking Your Spam Folder
Click on the Spam folder.
Look at your spam messages. If they are not important, leave them here – they will go away after 15 days. If there is a message here that you want to go to your inbox, click on it, then click the ‘Allow Sender’ Button in the menu at the top.
This will move all messages from that sender from Spam to your inbox, and future messages from that sender will go directly to your inbox.
It is important to note that you should leave any unwanted messages in your spam folder. Your spam folder is the only indication you have that a message is junk and should not be trusted. By deleting messages from your spam folder, you mix them with other normal messages in your trash folder. People are generally more likely to trust a message in Trash than in Spam.
